1 Preparation time: 25 minutes 2 Cooking Time: 25 minutes 3 Serving: 4 4 5 # Ingredients 6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp 7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp 8 - Green onions, three tbsp 9 - Bell pepper strips, half cup 10 - Teriyaki sauce, half cup 11 - Chopped fresh dill, two tbsp 12 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp 13 - Soy sauce, two tbsp 14 - Salt to taste 15 - Black pepper to taste 16 - Mushrooms, two cups 17 - Tofu, two cups 18 - Corn, one cup 19 - Mix Chinese spices, one tbsp 20 - Chopped onions, two tbsp 21 - Cooked rice, one cup 22 - Water, half cup 23 24 # Instructions 25 1. Heat a wok on medium flame 26 2. Add in the oil and let it heat up 27 3. Add the onions and cook it until translucent 28 4. Add in the garlic and cook it for two minutes 29 5. Add in the tofu cubes and cook it for five minutes 30 6. Add in the mushrooms and bell peppers 31 7. Add the soy sauce, half cup teriyaki sauce, mix Chinese spices, salt and pepper into the wok and cook for five minutes 32 8. Add in the corn and half cup water 33 9. Let the mixture cook for about ten minutes until a thick mixture is formed 34 10. Add in the cooked rice 35 11. Cover the mixture for five minutes 36 12. Add in the sesame oil, green onions and fresh chopped dill on top
